Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay), customer satisfaction and financial transparency are our top priorities. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our Digital Gold, Silver, or Jewellery Savings Plans.

1. Digital Gold & Silver Purchases

  • No Cancellation After Purchase: Once a digital gold or silver transaction is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations cannot be made.
  • All transactions are based on live market prices at the time of purchase.
  • No Refunds on Digital Gold & Silver Transactions: Refunds are not available on completed digital gold and silver purchases.
  • Customers, however, retain full rights to redeem their balance either:
    • In the form of certified jewellery purchased from Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay), or
    • By selling it at the current market rate through our platform.

2. Jewellery Savings Plans (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / One-Time)

  • Saving Schemes Fund Compliance: All Jewellery Savings Plans at Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay) are governed by the Saving Schemes Act, 1982 and the Tamil Nadu Saving Schemes Fund Rules, ensuring legal compliance and subscriber protection.
  • Cancellation Request Window: Plan cancellations must be requested in writing within 7 days of enrolment.
  • A nominal processing fee may apply for approved cancellations.
  • After 7 days, cancellations are not permitted, and customers are required to complete the plan to enjoy accrued benefits.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment methods within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Jewellery Redemption

  • Once a jewellery order has been placed or custom-crafted using your savings or digital gold balance, no cancellation or refund is permitted.

4. Failed Transactions or Technical Errors

  • In cases where a payment has been debited but not credited into your investment account, the issue will be investigated and resolved within 5 – 7 working days after confirmation from the bank.
