  • If delivery is not feasible to a specific location, our support team will contact you to explore alternate arrangements such as nearest serviceable hubs or in-store pickup.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 business days after plan maturity or redemption request.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on eligible orders above a certain value (updated on our website/app).
  • For smaller orders or express delivery requests, a nominal shipping fee may apply. All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging & Security

  • All jewellery orders are securely packed, fully sealed, and insured during transit.
  • We partner with trusted logistics providers experienced in handling high-value shipments for complete safety.

5. Delivery Process

  • At the time of delivery, the recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Shipments will only be released to the authorized person listed during account setup, Saving Schemes registration, or redemption request.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay) is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities and disasters
  • Transport strikes or courier delays
  • Government regulations
  • Lockdowns, public emergencies, or force majeure events

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If the first delivery attempt fails, a second attempt will be made.
  • In case of repeated non-delivery, the shipment will be returned to Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay)’s office.
  • Customers must contact our support team to reschedule delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
