2. Eligibility

4. Account Creation & KYC

5. Payment and Redemption

• At maturity, savings can be redeemed for jewellery or equivalent gold/silver value at prevailing market rates.

• Adjust pricing, taxes, or charges based on applicable law
• Modify plan terms with reasonable prior notice

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Misuse or manipulate savings/payment processes

Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay) may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a savings plan is initiated.We have a No Return policy

14. Non-Responsibility for Misuse

Sri Laxmi Jewellery (JewelPay) is not responsible for fraudulent activity by third parties. Users are responsible for verifying official communications before making transactions.

15. Arbitration Clause

In the event of disputes, matters shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Tindivanam, Tamil Nadu, in the English language.

16. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Misuse
